1. Is patient financing available? What is CareCredit?

cc.jpgCareCredit is a healthcare credit card with a credit line for treatments and procedures for your entire family, including your pets. It is a credit card designed for your health and beauty needs. With many of our promotional offers, you can avoid paying interest by making your minimum monthly payments and paying the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional purchase is not paid in full within the promotional period. Minimum monthly payments are required. Not all practices offer all CareCredit financing options, so check with your provider. For complete details, please read the Terms and Conditions within the application.

2. I need a smile makeover. Can you help?

Yes! Our dentists are experienced in cosmetic procedures including whitening, bonding, and veneers. You’ll need to schedule a consultation so that our dentists can evaluate your teeth, discuss your options, and help you achieve your smile goals.

3. How do I know when it is time for a checkup?

Our office adheres to the American Dental Association’s recommendation that everyone visit the dentist for a routine checkup and cleaning every six months, though in some cases, we may recommend more frequent dental care. Your next visit will be scheduled before you leave our office, and we’ll also contact you to remind you about your visit prior to the appointment.

4. What is a digital X-ray, and how is it different from traditional X-rays?

Digital X-rays emit 80-percent less radiation than traditional X-rays, making them safer for our patients. Additionally, there is no waiting time for images to develop. Detailed images are immediately projected on a chairside monitor, providing visual aids for our dentists to explain your condition and treatment options.

5. Should I be concerned about snoring?

Many people snore, and though it may seem like nothing to worry about, it is a sign that you’re not breathing properly, which could cause serious risks to your health. Snoring can also be a sign of sleep apnea, a serious medical condition that increases risks of heart attack and stroke. Other signs associated with sleep apnea are elevated blood pressure, daytime drowsiness, and irritability. If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms, make sure to call our office for an appointment or discuss your concerns with our dentist at your next visit. Many times, a simple dental appliance can relieve snoring or sleep apnea.

6. Will you see my kids and my grandparents?

Absolutely! We love families and see many of them. We offer a wide range of services, from fluoride treatments and sealants for our young patients, to custom cosmetic dentures for our patients who are young at heart.
